Where can I locate the Responsible Office or Responsible Executive for a policy?

The Responsible Office and Responsible Executive for any policy will be outlined at the top of each policy. Additionally, the Responsible Office and Responsible Executive are listed on the search tool located on the homepage of the Policy Hub.

Who should I reach out to in order to schedule a policy consultation?

Please contact the University Policy Group to schedule a policy consultation and/or ask any questions related to policy development.

How do I report a concern associated with a policy violation, or a compliance and ethics concern?

Any concerns related to policy, compliance or ethics can be reported to:

  • Your immediate supervisor
  • Human Resources
  • The Responsible Office or Responsible Executive for a specific policy
  • The University Policy Group
  • The Office of Compliance and Ethics
  • The Compliance Hotline
Can I download or print PDF versions of the regulations and policies?

The University’s regulations and policies are updated regularly to align with state and federal laws, changing titles and positions, and the dynamic higher education environment. Accordingly, PDF copies are not included on the Hub so that you can always reference the latest version of every regulation and policy.
