2.0151 Promotional Trade-Outs, Giveaways, In-Kind Exchanges.

All promotional trade-outs, giveaways or in-kind exchanges of goods, services, tickets or merchandise is prohibited unless approved by the Vice President for Business Affairs. Requests for approval must include a detailed plan describing the activity, the purpose, value and the benefit to the University.
